I’m Max. This is a place to think in public about AI and machine learning engineering.

My background is in academia. I like having enough room to work through an idea, make the assumptions explicit, and leave a question open when I don’t have an answer.

Some starting questions: what happens when we delegate thought to AI? What does a second model actually tell us about the first? And how do we build software when its behaviour is probabilistic?
